HEATHERMARIE'S BLOG ENTRY
CHECKING IN
Its been a couple weeks since I posted here. I was on vacation in Dallas for a long weekend just recently plus my computer at home finally crashed big time so I had limited computer access until school started again.
I'm still training. I just recently got my supplement schedule from my trainer. I haven't gotten all the supplements yet but I will have them soon. I'm taking BCAA's, n.o. explode, multi-vitamins, whey protein (after workout) and cassein protein (at night). I started taking creatine this week. I believe I can credit that for the recent "pump" I feel in the gym. Today, I felt as if I could chuck a 100 pounds across the gym with no effort.
I've been following the diet however not strictly. It's not until January that I have to strictly adhere to the diet. Right now, I'm following it, but I have a few things I will need to cut completely out when the training gets serious. Such as sugar and creamer in my coffee. I also have been having a cup of hot chocolate a day since an ice storm hit up here. I drive a tow truck for a living and it's been freakin' cold and I have been treating myself to a small cup a day to warm up.
The workouts are probably going to double up starting in January. I'll probably be going in the morning for about 45 - 60 minutes of cardio and going back in the evening for my weight training when I get off work. It will be grueling, but I have goals to meet.
Anyway, that's about all I have for now.
