TIME TO STEP ON STAGE AGAIN
This Saturday, i step on stage again, pretty excited, not anxious this time, im confident in the way i look.
I busted my ass the last 16 weeks for this. Depleting was the hardest, but i made it through. I started carbing up last night and im feeling good. I was gonna wait to post this but, tomorrow i leave to drive to the hotel, then ill chill there til its time.
My posing is spot on, i have a routine this time. Striations in the quads are looking sick, abs are deep, everything is popping, glutes are showing little striation *pretty good for first timer, And my nutritionist says ill look better after dropping water.
I remember after that warm up sow i did, i was thinking "wow another 8 weeks to go" well it just crept up on me.
Cant believe its finally time. I cant wait to pig out.
