4 WEEKS OUT
well numbers went down just a little bit, its getting harder.
last week 6.9% today 6.83% im not panicking but my nutritionist will send me over changes tonight.
Crunch time its gonna get hard.
Got my posing trunks, purple thin cut for pre-judging, and a purplish maroonish type color and its velvet! for the night show.
its on, im excited and my routine is gonna be sick im not gonna wing it like i did at my "warmup" show.
Im excited and im motivated, im feeling pretty small and depleted, but people are telling me otherwise. Everyone said that would happen dieting lol, it sucks.
detail is showing better in the obliques now. and the striations in my quads are good, i havent seen too many teens that have quads that can compare to mine so, this off season i reaLLY Got to bring out my chest and shoulders and biceps.
Im almost done, i gotta suck it up, then its time to bulk, i wont take bulking for granted either.

Guinto, stay strong and focused. Also go on stage and think positive. Remember the stage is yours to show what you worked so hard on. DO NOT think that you will not wing it or you will get nervous and mess up. Think ONLY POSITIVE and picture yourself over and over doing it perfect. You may feel small but once your carb back up you will fill out and on stage you will look awesome!! Best of luck!!
