3 WEEKS OUT
Finally numbers are starting to creep down again, 6.7% and 3 weeks to go.
Striations in my legs are deep, abs are getting deeper, some lower back fat gone, more upper back detail. Suprising how much of a difference .10% can do.
We had a 1 year anniversary at Southern Muscle Sports Nutrition yesterday.
Marcus Haley came it was a big event.
Ive been stressing about my numbers and exams all week.
I was pretty exhausted and my nutritionist saw it. He called me last night and gave me a small cheat meal, 2tbsp of peanut butter and a couple cashews in a sandwhich can make a big difference emotionally. Energy was good all day today and today was a rest day, just had am cardio to do.
But looking tight, vascularity isnt going anywhere, and im motivated and excited. Only 3 weeks left.

focusing on your numbers will only add to your stress levels. Don't stress about it and just have faith in your trainer/coach and you'll be fine.
The add stress isn't going to make your progress come any easier.
Good Luck
Doing everything to the T, Can't wait to see the outcome.
