FINALLY REACHED MY ALL TIME GOAL
Well after a long awaited off season, I've had my share of off days, cheat meals, and so on. But what I did differently this year was extend my off season. Usually I end my competitive season in early November and start training and resume the diet in about Feburary. This time around is much more different. Its now June and I have yet to step on stage and also have yet to start my diet to lean out. I have reached my life long goal of getting up to 165lbs. I have been consistantly eating every two hours...no matter what it is. I have done lots of chicken, rice, shakes, sweet potatoes, pizza, ice cream, and all the good stuff I've never got to eat this early in the summer. My supplement arsenal has helped a great deal as well. I continued to take my 2:1:1 Recovery mixed with half of a CarboForce with extra glutamine and tad bit of creatine. As far as my water intake goes, I'm at about a gallon of water a day. I have not decided what my first show back will be. All I know is that I've been training harder for the 2008 UIBBN Natural World Championships that will be held in the Carribian this coming November. I will continue to put on as much size as I can in between now and August. Around early August I will start my contest diet and see where exactly I land in October to do my first warm up show before the Worlds.

Hey Glen, congrats on reaching your goal! That's a great accomplishment. It takes a lot of sacrifice and consistency, and it sure isn't easy.
