2008 MASTERS NATIONALS ROUND UP

Well the 2008 NPC Masters Nationals was yet another enjoyable experience. I work both Friday and Saturday at the ABB Booth helping out Tom and Debbie & the girls. I want to thank Tom for all his hospitality over the weekend. For anyone who knows Tom from Pittsburgh ABB Distriutors, he is a funny and selfless man. He would give you the shirt off his back and if he didnt have one he'd grab it off someone else. Also appearing at our booth was Ben Hartman, Daniel Stevens, & IFBB Pro George Farah. George is another funny guy, I felt bad because he had to do trophy presentation for about 2 hours...sorry brother! Congrats to Danny who took 4th in the Collegiate Nationals middle weight class. Dan's class was extremly class, no middle weight class is ever easy. Im also happy to announce that my good friend and owner of the health club I manage won the Masters 40+ Welterweight class. Kent usually competes in the middle weight class and took 3rd a year ago but we both knew Kent would have to suck down to 165 to take that number 1 spot and a potential IFBB pro card. And Frank Caine who also works underneath me at Pure Focus Sports Club took 2nd in the not so easy Masters 50+ Lightweight class. Both competitors did extremly well and I am very proud of them. As for myself my training has been for a lack of a better word...crappy...I haven't seen a much size gain as I like in the 6-7 months Ive been struggling with it. With a hectic work and travel schedule it wasn't nearly as easy to concentrate on. I will be resuming training and starting my diet tomorrow for the UIBBN World Championships that are being held in the Carribean this year November 15th. I'd possibly like to hit a show in between then to see where Im at and what not. Im usually not a fan of doing a show when your not 100% ready but I think I need that kick in the a$$ and be able to change things that need to be addressed. Hope everyone else is well. Stay updated on RA or www.glenpacyna.com to see how I'm doing. Hope all is well.

Sorry to hear it about training, too much going on def can make it tough to get in all the right foods and training.. I bet you can definitely pull it all together though. Good luck!
