CORE VALUES
AHHH YESSS! You heard that right each and every person has a giant to be awakened from within.
We are here on earth for a very special event. This life long event is the celebration of our body, the CELEBRATION OF LIFE! THE CELEBRATION OF SUCCESS.
My beliefs throughout this journey and life has been a very powerful force in my universe and the success that a person gets from digging deep down to find out his/her CORE VALUES is really what is needed to succeed at this journey of transformation.
Below I have listed some of my beliefs and powerful tools that started the process of awakening my giant from within.
My most prominent belief is that we have the instant power to destroy or create our own reality, we often get dwelled upon our current fitness and health state that we ultimately start to destroy our dreams/desires and block ourselves from creating a newly improved reality that will make us healthier, fitter happier powerful beings.
So my question to you is WHAT IS STOPPING YOU? Of course you are stopping yourself and that is the cold hard truth, we go about our daily lives FOCUSING ON PREVIOUS FAILURES. I do understand that the past to some degree does have an influence on the future but what if you could use those failures as a tool to ignite the flame from within? That’s a question only
you can answer yourself.
Ok beliefs what are they? “The mental act, condition, or habit of placing trust or confidence in a person”
What if you believed you could eat healthier, exercise for 30 minutes and change other unhealthy habits in an instantly things would change dramatically wouldn’t they? A while back I wrote a blog that explains all it takes is to start doing small changes to start seeing HUGE REWARDS.
One thing that did help me when I first started this journey of transformation was to make two lists of beliefs first list was what I believed in that would help me in this journey; the second list was a list of my current beliefs that were hindering my progress to become healthier.
Also I created a pro/con list of my core values and how this journey would improve my health and hinder my health and whoa momma the pros were two pages long and cons ½ page long hehehe.
My point with saying the above is no matter where you are in life, no matter how much you weigh, no matter what fitness level your in we each have CORE VALUES that was given to us when we were born, we must make the personal effort to ask ourselves questions and get the true meaning to life and our OWN purpose on why we are here in the universe, once you start this self exploration journey the pounds fall off and your life takes on a whole new meaning.
