DISAPOINTED
Hello everyone, I just wanted you to know that I'm a bit disappointed with the few responses that I have regarding my previous blog. We have the best product on the planet ON/ABB and not many responded what is their favorite products etc... I'm offering my help and expertise for free for the best five entries. 2:1:1 Recovery- might be more than just the best post-workout product on the market, but the best product right now. It was my first experience with waxy maize starch and allowed me to see the importance of post-workout carbs along with protein. Mucho Mango taste great.

George going with the INSTANTIZED BCAA + CREATINE, love the results from these on their own and combining them at the sametime doubles the results for performance in the gym and the recovery out of the gym. Great orange taste is always a plus, makes it easier to take the servings everyday. Adding quality size is always a goodthing, therefore so is INSTANTIZED BCAA + CREATINE!!

Optimum Nutrition makes an impressive line of supplements. Things that I take include the Opti Men multi-vitamin, glutamine, aminos, and tribulus to increase testosterone levels. I don't use anything too extreme because I take a lot of prescription medications because of my heart condition. But what I like the best is Gold Stand Whey Protein. First of all I like it because it mixes easily and becomes a thin liquid so you don't have to drink any thick chalky things. Also the taste is by far superior. I wasted hundred of dollars on buying protein mixes and after one taste I throw the whole tub out wasting $50 bucks. My most favorite flavor has to be CHOCOLATE MINT. First of all I don't think anyone makes that flavor. It's great served cold or hot. It can also be mixed with coffee and turned into a chocolate mint mocha drink, totally awesome especially served on ice. My suggestion for a future flavor to be passed onto to the product developers would be Orange Dreamsicle. Again I don't think anyone has that flavor and doesn't it sound good and refreshing after a workout or on a hot day. It's Optimum Nutrition all the way for me. V-Man
