I'm very happy to announce that I have finally picked the winners of my previous blog "Free guru services". Sorry guys that it took longer then what I thought but I’m sure that most of you know the whole ordeal I was going through. First my Gallbladder surgery, then falling on ice and rupturing a tendon in my left hand. Oh well Such is life, I’m doing much better now and I’m back to the gym and by next week I will be in full mode God willing. I guess that is why they call me Bulletproof :). Please make sure to start posting how your new programs are working for you and let us all know how my program is making a different in the way you feel and look on a weekly basis if possible. Please, do not post your diets, cause your diets are going to be changed on a weekly basis and what works for you may not mean it's going to work for others.
