2008 PREPARATION
Since I turned pro eight years ago, all what I had on mind is how to get bigger and to add more muscles etc.. For the first time since, this year is going to be a bit different. I want try to lose a few lbs of muscles but at the same time be in the best shape of my life so I can hopefully win the 202lbs and under shows that I‘m going to enter.
I just started my off season preparations and I would like to share things with you every now and then. If you really want to get in the best shape of your life? I suggest you keep on checking my post every other week so you can stay up to dates on my doings! Here is my new programs and if you follow everything to the T, you’re going to be a very happy camper :).
Upon rising , I take one scoop of Pro Complex mixed with water and 1 serving CGT-10.
Take a shower etc…then move on to my meals.
M#1 4 whole omega 3 eggs / 1 cup oatmeal / 2 dry wheat toast / 8 oz. juice mix with 1 serving instantized BCAA.
M#2 4 oz. chicken breast / 2 cups white rice / 1 cup fruits / 1 serving BCAA.
M#3 4 oz. flank steak / 10 oz. white potato / 1 glass ice tea 1 serving BCAA.
M#4 4 oz. chicken breast / 2 cups rice / 1 green apple / 1 serving BCAA. Like an hour after I take 1 serving Vassive-NO and head to the gym.
Workout session, I mix 1 serving Vassive-CE and sip on it throughout the workout sessions. Immediately after I am done, I drink 1 bottle carbo force mix in it 1 scoop PC and 1 serving BCAA.
M#5 4 oz. Salmon fish / 2 cups brown rice / Salad / 8 oz. ice tea 1 serving BCAA.
M#6 4 eggs white 1 whole egg mixed with half cup oatmeal and cinnamon( I make it like a pancake) Sugar free maple syrup.
M#7 or right before I go to bed, I drink one serving Casein protein and 1 serving BCAA.
Now I know many of you are going to say wait a minute, George is not using that much protein and every magazine tell us otherwise! Well the reason why I’m not using that much protein is: First my contest is not until 5 month or so from now and like I said before that things are going to change as we go. Second, I’m using a plenty of carbs to keep my weight up and not to mention that if you notice that I’m using BCAA in every meal that I am having to ensure that my system stay in anabolic state! The use of BCAA always help me get the best results in loosing body fat while dieting up or down and not to mention the way it gives your muscles that fuller and round look.
