JUST ANOTHER SATURDAY

This day has been so slow, did a crap load of yard work(which was a huge amount of fun might i ad) and besides the fact that UCLA screwed my entire bracket, my day has been pretty average. My muscle growth has been pretty slow of recent, i really dont know why because i've been pretty sore after each and every workout but over the last couple months or so, it's not showing so i've decided to alter my workout plan(not my meal plan, thats good.) Im going to go back to more of my basic workout schedule(from about my first year.) My old plan consisted of a lot of cables and machines(which i thought would help gow due to the direct contraction it brings upon one muscle) but it's just not working out. My new workout plan(which i will begin on Monday) will be more of Dumbells and Barbells(which are the best builders in my opinion) and it will be 98% free weights(no more machine B.S.) so that will help build real muscle, maybe three/smith Machine workouts in the workout(cabe curl, cable cross, and standing calf raise.) With this new plan, hopefully my results will start to kick back in, i'll keep my fingers crossed, i have a good feeling about it too, and thats always a good thing.
