GOT BACK
Today was back day, probably my third favorite body part to train, not because of how much weight i can do or anything like that but because when you're training back, it is one of those days where you know that you're going to have to reach down deeper and deeper mentally and physically after each rep, and thats a great feeling...to me anyways.
I started out the workout doing T-Bar rows(5 sets of 5-6 reps.) After this, i felt a little stiff so i did some stretching to get the back more in tune, thankfully it helped. After the stretching, i did Underhand Grip Barbell Rows(5 sets of 5-7 reps.) After i got my ass kicked by those, i hit the deadlifts(my least favorite lift) and i did 6 sets of 4-6 reps on those, dying after each rep. Finally, to get more of a stretch(and to focus more on lower lats) i did 5 sets of Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns(5 sets of 6-10 reps.) After this, i felt like i had gotten a very good workout, im sure that im going to be sore in the morning.
