FLYINGFIT'S BLOG ENTRY

SLOWLY BUT SURELY

It's 4:30 am and I just finished my training. Did biceps and triceps today and I really felt they were looking bigger as I pressed on with my workout, but you know how the blood is flowing and you always look bigger during training so really wasn't certain... I decided to measure my biceps and I've added a 1/2 an inch. I am really trying hard to gain muscle right now so this was a great way to start the day! Flying out this morning at 7am and won't get home this evening untill late so I needed to get up at 3:00 this morning to get to the gym. Not fun, but well worth it!
