FLYINGFIT'S BLOG ENTRY
PEEP SHOW IN OMAHA
Just getting all the last minute things done now this week in preparation for my WNBF figure competition Saturday outside of Omaha. This is the fun week! Hair and nail appointments, posing practice, packing...Which I realized yesterday I had no Bikini Bite!! (GLUE FOR MY SUIT) So, hurried onto Bodybuilding.com to order some and now I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that it gets here before I fly out Friday morning otherwise the audience may get a peep show! :D
I had my last day of training legs on Saturday so I am happy to be done with that. Of course now I'm wishing I would of spent more time on legs say, 3 and 4 months ago but I can't change any of that now. I can only give it my all and hope for the best. This is by far the hardest I have trained and dieted for a show. My concern right now is just how much water I'm still holding. Granted, I've still got three full days untill the Saturday morning show. I really haven't lost many numbers on the scale, I'm usually around 127 and my current weight is right about 121-122. Most of my jeans are falling off my hips however so I'm relieved over that since this is always where I'm holding weight.
Best of luck to the Optimum Athletes who are competing in the Olympia this weekend and I hope everyone who is attending has a fabulous, great time! Talk to ya next week everyone!
