NO MORE EXCUSES

Alright, so it was the Holiday weekend, plus my brothers wedding up north but I was determined to stick to my diet. Packed my cooler as I always do when away from home for days at a time. Made sure I was in a hotel with a refrigerator, packed my mini grill, pre-measured 4 days worth of my Gold Standard, Pro Complex and Casein. As soon as I checked into my hotel went and checked out the local gym which was an Anytime Fitness. Still better than a typical hotel fitness center which I can make work when I have to. The Grooms Dinner WAS pizza..(I KNOW..we're keeping it classy) :D So while everyone is having seconds on the stuffed crust I'm sipping from my shaker cup and sprinkling my asparagus with Ms.Dash. Of course this prompts the questions and I am finding myself trying to explaing that "No, it's not bodybuilding, it's figure" and trying to explaing the difference. I did have a piece of the wedding cake and a champagne toast. I'm still 10 weeks out so while I wouldn't have dreamed of it with 2 weeks still to go, I enjoyed it for now. But that was it..no more excuses, the diet is ON!

Ha, gotta splurge a little, you're far enough out that hey, that may just help push you a little harder and actually help in the long run.

I know how that goes, the last 4 weekends in a row I was traveling...2 of them were for weddings, it isnt easy, but at least it makes for a good conversation piece when meeting new people at the reception dinner! lol

It's never easy making the sacrifice but the feeling you get when you step on stage and know that you've handled your business and stayed the course is better than what any cheat food in the world could ever give you.

Stay strong girl and all the best for the path ahead.
