FLYINGFIT'S DORM ROOM

Hi, my name is Jenifer Digiovanni. I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself to everyone here on Ripped Academy. I'm a new WNBF Figure Pro, receiving my pro card in October of last year. I've been competing just over a year and will have my first show as a pro this September. I'm focusing right now on putting on some good lean muscle and just trying to keep the diet clean. I'll start my contest diet early July and try and allow myself a little freedom untill then.

I fly for a living which can be a challenge when dieting and being away from home for days at a time. However, I make it work cooking all my food for the week once or twice a week and pre pack everything. Thank God for Aluminum foil!! So, if you're ever flying out of O'HARE here in Chicago and see a flight attendant who's food cooler is almost larger than their luggage, it's probably me! :)
