FLYINGFIT'S BLOG ENTRY

5 WEEKS ONLY WISH THERE WAS MORE TIME

5 more weeks untill my Pro Figure debut in the WNBF and I couldn't be more thrilled! The diet is in full effect and the training is getting exhausting but I'm hanging in there. Overall, I'm pleased with my progress but I do wish my rear and legs were looking a bit leaner. This is always my trouble spot and only time will tell how my lower body decides to come in within these next 5 weeks. I'm sending in my entry tomorrow as well as my request time for my polygraph the day before the show. The WNBF is dedicated to natural bodybuilding and all the competitors (bodybuilding, extreme fit and figure) receive both a polygraph and urine test. I wouldn't want it any other way.

Congrats to all the competitors who placed recently in their shows. It's always exciting to see ON/ABB athletes bringing it home! I hope to soon as well. Have a great week, Friends!

I never had striated glutes until I changed a few things up in my diet for junior nationals...so I also had issues with my "rear" lol. But keep the faith and I am sure it will come together. I cant wait to see what you look like!!

Best of luck with the training and DIET! With 5 weeks to go you have a good amount of time to really work the area the you think needs to improve.
