STAIR STEPPER
I have a love-hate relationship with this thing. I KNOW how great this machine is for tightening up my lower half which is my primary focus right now. I've upped my cardio as I need to lean out my legs and tighten up the glutes. I vary my cardio from day to day but for some reason it never fails...the stair stepper is always the most painful. Those 30 minutes on this machine feel like 2 hours. Oh Well...don't know why I'm complaining, only 70 more days of it. :)

Cardio, yep people love to hate it... however, it does pay dividends...stick with it, because I know you can do it...one thing I've tried to do is change my foot positions so my feet don't get that fall asleep feeling from being in the same place...try it you might be surprised...as for everything else hang in there you'll be on the podium in no time... Best of luck!!

Ah man, I used to do it, but it is brutal. I kept to running and biking. You've made me want to go step again though. Such a good exercise. haha

The stairstepper does not bring back fond memories. I first did it while prepping for Juniors while on business in Las Vegas and 30 minutes killed me..it was kind of embarassing, but it does work. Now I just go high incline on my eliptical and stick my butt out and flex my glutes every so often (sounds weird, but it helped give me those striated glutes I am sure ). Good luck, 70 days is nothing :-)(easier said).

about 45 more days of stair stepping....I have faith in you. You can do it...Just think of the results at the end.
