FIREMAN'S BLOG ENTRY
1ST ENTRY
So I'm a new student on here and decided to write my first entry.
I've been working out since my sophmore year of highschool but never really stayed constant with it. The past two years I've kinda been off and on hard training, gaining and losing weight, not too good. I'm starting firefighter academy at the end of the summer and would like to be atleast 185 or possibley 190 by then. I just ended this semester of college so I have a pretty flexible schedule this summer. I'm taking No Explode as a pre-workout and Heavyweight Gainer 900 with about 930 cal and 51 g protein per serving 2-3 times a day. It seems to be working for me, already gained 3 lbs this week. I've never really been able to gain weight so I figured I'd give myself a little boost with a high calorie and protein diet before the academy and level it off a bit once i get there. I eventually want to gain a little more but one step at a time i guess.
Mon - Chest/Back
Tues - Legs/Arms
- Bleacher runs/yo-yos (w/50 lb. vest)
Weds - REST
Thurs - Chest/Back
Fri - Legs/Arms
- Bleachers/yo-yos
Sat & Sun - REST
Abs Mon-Fri
Happy to take any advice.....
