MY PROTEIN SMOOTIE RECIPE
I thought I'd share with you all my simple recipe for a balanaced smoothie which makes a great addition to any diet. The ingriedents are to make 2 smoothies, 1 for now and 1 for later. You can half the numbers below to make just a single smoothie. First place the oats into the blend and fire it up. Make sure they are blended to a nice smooth dust like texture. Next put in the rest of the ingriedents and blend them in. The works best with strawberry flavour whey but can be used with others, and any other fruit.
800ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
100g Oats
2 Scoops ON Whey
1 Medium Banana
The nutritional breakdown is (for 1 shake):
Protien : 44.1g
Carbs: 79g
Fat: 11.8g
Cals: 576

It sounds pretty good. I made one like this but added some strawberries to it.
