FAITHNEM'S DORM ROOM

I am now in Europe. I competed in one meet already in Linz, Austria and it went great. I was happy with my performance. I ran the 60m and won with 7.29. That times ranks me number 2 behind someone's 7.27 so that's not bad at all. I tried the adrenalyn stack during the meet. I started sipping on it during my warmup and could feel the boost..it was funny to me, my nerves were going..my hands were shaking and stuff. I had so much energy. My reaction out of the blocks was amazing. I will definitely continue to use adrenalyn stack as a natural energy drink in competition.

We had a long day today. Its Feb.1st. I couldnt sleep last night cause we tend to compete late while overseas and its hard to unwind after the meet. We had to leave at 5am and take a 6 hour train ride to Germany. Talk about sleepy!!!

I had a good ol' nap when I got here. My coach reminded me about taking ZMA by optimum nutrtion at night and it did help me to recover.
I am racing tomorrow in the 60m.
