Wow, everytime I think Optimum Nutrition has come with such a great product, they continue to bring something else out. For those of you who already use the Whey Gold Standard protein and are tired of the same old flavors, chocolate and vanilla, well they decided to create a Whey Protein variety pack. It has 16 flavors to try, so never a dull moment and you save money by not having to buy several large protein packs, to test out the flavors. You get them all in this one variety pack. They have flavors like cookies and cream, banana cream, caramel toffee fudge, just to name a few.

Another great protein they create is called Nitro Core 24. It is great in that it has 24 grams of protein and they combined 10 different types of protein into one shake!!! So now you get everything in one. Which cuts costs as well. They main types of protein in Nitro Core 24 are whey protein, to help give energy and replenish the muscles, egg protein and casein protein. Casein protein is especially good in that it swells in the stomache and gives you a sense of fullness, craving your apetite and breaks down slowly, so you have sustained protein feeding the body over a longer period of time.
