RELAXIN IN CALIFORNIA
Hello everyone,
I am kickin back relaxin in California. Great to be back home visiting family and friends. I can't wait until I get back to florida to start training again, I had to get it going now. Time is moving and outdoor season is almost here. Athletes are already about to start competing at several of the relay meets throughout the states over the next month or so and I want to jump in a few myself.
I cycled off my supplements for last week to just let my body relax and not get use to the products I use all the time. I am about to get back to my routine, of taking my OptiWoman mulitvitamin, glucosamine for my joints, and protein to stay healthy and strong. I feel good, body feels recovered from that quick but intense indoor season and I am about to hit it hard for outdoors. It is a different type of training to get ready for the 100 and 200 meters. I need serious speed endurance. So back around the track i will be going. I hate the longer, repeat stuff, but it will make me stronger and faster.
I will keep ya posted on how these first few weeks go getting back into the swing of things for the outdoor season.
