NEW CASEIN PROTEIN

Optimum Nutrition carries a great protein called Gold Standard 100% Casein Protein which helps rebuild muscles. Its great for taking at night, while you sleep, when your muscles are rebuilding, the casein breaks down slowly, so it feeds the muscles throughout the night. Anyway, they have a new flavor, cookies and cream. It is really good.
