FAITHNEM'S DORM ROOM

Well I am still in europe. I am now in Duseldorf, Germany getting ready for another competition on Friday. It is pretty cold out here so I have been staying indoors. My body is holding up pretty well from the other competitions. I have been recovering fast and staying strong. Training in between meets to stay in shape is the key over here. I am so glad I brought my ON supplements and protein to keep me going as well. I think a big difference in my recovery and not being sore has been due to not only the massages over here, but my coach reminds me about the ON XMA product to help me sleep and feel fresh in the morning.

I feel great, headed to the track to train this morning and get ready for the meet on Friday. Wish me luck. I will let ya know how it goes!!!
