FAITHNEM'S DORM ROOM

oooohhh weee the heat is on out here in Florida now. I wasn't ready for it and it has come on strong. I am training hard and trying to stay fresh and energized while training in the humidity. Even though I drink a lot of water, I noticed that I have to make sure I get some electrolytes in me like powerade. The carbo force drink that ABB makes is pretty good too, because it replenishes what I am burning while I am out there working out. I haven't had much of an apetite now that it has gotten hotter. I have been eating fruits and salads, light foods. I hope I don't lose too much weight, but getting leaner will help me anyways.

The main thing is just making sure I am eating enough to sustain me while training and not allow my body to breakdown. I have to compete this Saturday and I want to be ready and energized. We'll see how things go.
