2008 SEASON PLANS
Hello Everyone...I am back. Not sure who all is following me and my career, but just to keep you informed. I am starting my base training now. Doing a lot of cross training right now like, swimming, biking, and cross country trails. This is all great for preparing my cardiovascular system prior to really getting into specific training.
My goals for this upcoming season are to compete indoors and win the World Championships indoors in the 60 meters. I love that race, it is so much fun. I want to finish in the top 10 this year in the world in the 100 meters and make the 2008 Olympic team in the 100 meters and the 4x100m relay, first leg of course. I want to be in the top 3 in the 100m at the Olympics.
So I have a big year ahead of me and I am ready to work hard, stay focused and NEVER GIVE UP!!!
I'll keep ya posted as the season goes on.
