HI ALL

First off, just wanted to let everyone know what a great site this is! I am looking forward to learning from all the information everyone is posting, as well as being able to contribute. Living in CA its discouraging to see so many overweight people who simply do not care about what kind of food they are putting into their body. Going online is a source of motivation for me... so thanks in advance to all of you for motivating me to reach my goals!
