HELLO

Well after going to see my first body building competition two weekends ago, Ripped Academy flyers were passed around like candy and i decided what the hell maybe ill learn something. So i am new to the site and i am highly interested in fitness competitions and training. I plan to be in my first competition by next May with some other people from my gym. If anyone has advice on training and dieting i would really appreciate it ! Thanks!
