WHAT WAS I THINKING TAKING 22 CREDITS
So I've been looking over my fall class load the past week trying to figure out what I was thinking when I signed up for classes last spring. I decided to put in 22 credits this semester so that I could focus on my sport come spring semester by taking only 15 credits. Being my last semester for playing since I'm graduating this year, I wanted to make sure I had the most time possible to put into my sport while not sacrificing any of my studies. I could have gone 18 and 18, but who wants to take that many credits their last semester at college with Senioritis definitely going to occur. On top of it, I was just told a few weeks ago that I also have to take my FE exam in October. For those that don't know what the FE is, it's essentially the LSAT's and MCAT's for engineers who want to get their professional license.
So here's what I'm taking this semester:
1) Philosophy : Human Nature (somehow missed a freshman humanities so I'm hoping this won't be too hard)
2) Construction Management (a must for any engineer wishing to get out of the office)
3) Digital Imaging (learn more about my love for photography)
4) Engineering Design 7 (Senior design project redesigning the sewer/storm system of Hoboken)
5) Entrepreneurial Analysis & Design (your guess is as good as mine)
6) Surveying and Topography (another mush for any field engineer)
and finally
7) Hydraulic Structures (piping and culvert design and analysis)
Hopefully I'll survive the semester and not loose any of my training time during it.

Best of luck to you this semester and especially next semester when you're back on the court. My coaches always told me, keep your eyes on the goal and remember "mind over matter: if you don't mind, it doesn't matter."
