7 MONTHS

So........I got out here last month(Iraq) and with seven more months to go, at the rate I'm going I should make some great gains out here. I just started a low carb/high protein diet, and I'm not to sure about it. I can definetley see a difference but its screwing with my stomach. (Feeling like I will throw up)

Anyone else ever experience this?
