BACK INTO MY GROOVE

Hey RA Folks!
It has officially been forever since I have written on here!

I took the winter to really focus on my job and serving the Lord!

My job is going great and I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with all the local gyms and supplement shops. Every account that I have, whether it is a Golds Gym or an Emerald City Smoothie, is filled with people enthusiastic about training and staying healthy. They are constantly encouraging me and inspiring me to train hard and commit myself to healthy lifestyle!

I am also three weeks into my AM cardio routine. After I competed at USAs last summer, I took time off from morning cardio and while the time to sleep in was a very nice break, it feels so great to be back into my routine of AM cardio. It is my special time to listen to worship music and pray while I also energize and strengthen my body! So I'm already feeling SO much better from the additional cardio in the morning!

Overall, I'm feeling great and excited to be back into my training and dieting routine! It is amazing how much better I feel when I am focused on living a strong and healthy life! It not only strengthens my body, but also uplifts my mood!

I have also decided to compete at the 2011 WA Ironman show in September. I won this show in 2009 and it will be great to return two years later with a stronger and improved physique. My goal is to come in leaner than I did in 2009 and I will also have more muscle than I did the last time I competed in this show. I'm excited to push through these next 18 weeks of prep. I will spend the next 2 months gradually adding in cardio and eating clean with a couple cheat meals a week. But right after the 4th of July, I'll be hitting it hard for September!

I'll keep you all posted on my show progress as time goes on!

Stay Strong. Stay Focused. Let the Lord's light SHINE!
