NEW BENCH RECORD

Today was awesome! The most I have ever gotten for my max on bench was 275lbs, today I maxed out at 300lbs!!! It was a realy slow bench but it never stoped on the up lift. When it came down on my chest I could feel that my arms were tight, still not warmed up, but I was still able to get it up. My goal has always been to bench 315lbs and now that I am in the 300 club I can finally see my goal being a reality! I can see me benching 315 hopefully in the next 2-3 weeks ! Wish me luck
