SOMETIMES ALL IT TAKES IS A GOOD WORKOUT

So I have been drained lately... just in a funk! All I've been wanting to do is lay on my couch and watch TV! Yes, I have a show coming up but I have not been able to pull myself together. Then today, I went on hardbody.com and Isaac posted a quote by Jerry West:
"“You can’t get much done in life if you only work on the days when you feel good.”

That was enough to DRAG myself off of the couch (pop a thermo) and head to the gym. I had an amazing back workout, followed by an intense cardio session. I felt so much better afterwards. My mood was better... I had energy... I felt like I could think clearly! I know that sounds crazy but I get some of my best thoughts while I'm training!

Training always makes me in a better mood!! I don't get much thinking done while lifting though..
During cardio though, I feel like a clear my entire head! It's great. (Sort of like a long car ride, I enjoy the time to think.. But much longer than 3 hours is too long haha.)

Sometimes I find that to be the case. Days where I have to push myself into the gym because I'm tired I seem to have some of my best workouts. And I'm always in a better mood afterwards too.
