HOW DO PEOPLE TRAIN WITHOUT WATER
This morning, while doing cardio, I kept noticing this man walking back and forth to the water fountain, taking sips of water at a time. I thought to myself, "wouldn't it just be easier to bring a water bottle?" But then, I looked around at the people doing cardio, and seriously... 1 out of every 10 people had a bottle of water (a small one, but water, never the less).
Tonight, when I went to weight train (and do my second session of cardio) I couldn't help but notice that hardly no one on the exercise floor/ weight room had a water bottle. Now this might not seem strange to you, but I go through damn near a half gallon of water while training! I just don't see how people do it. Even when I'm not training for a show, I always have two or three (1 liter) bottles of water in my gym bag. Yes, my bag is heavy but the bottles fit in the cup holders of the cardio machines.
I remember carrying a gallon jug (so people would know how serious I was!!!) but I always had to stop my cardio to sip from it.
Anyway, this was just an observation!
