NEW WORKOUT NEW SUPPLEMENTS MEASURED BF
so i finally changed my workout routine up as i think i started hitting a plateau!
workout 1: Arms, 20 min abs non-stop differnet variations
workout 2: Back - im giving it my full attention as its one of my weak points, ABS
workout 3: Chest- giving it more attention, abs
workout 4: Legs and Shoulders- Abs
each workout i do 15 min of cardio.
started taking ZMA and glutamine. hopefully it will aid my workouts abit more!
measured my BF and BMI
weight-174
BF- 13%
BMI- 22.7- i think thats what it read
trying to get to 180 lbs while keeping my BF about the same or lower

Just a little advice, why would u train ur abs that much, or for 20 min's non stop...would you do that with ur chest? arms? etc..? Abs are trained each n every workout session threw just about every exercise you do...Hit them 1-2 times a week at the most, and bring them out with your diet! Abs are all about diet!
