GAINING WEIGHT

so right now im really focused on gaining some more weight while staying lean, my current weight is 170-172 im pushing towards 180-185 goal.
im eating five-six meals a day very clean and spread thoughout the day evenly.

my current workout consist of 4 days on 1 day off then repeat, due to schedule with work.

day 1. chest and tri's / abs
day 2. legs and shoulders / abs
day 3. back and bi's / abs
day 4. 30 min cardio / 10 min stair climber, 20 min mild run.

i also just started this new ab routine as well i read how arnold trained his abs..

30 min straight non-stop different variations with maybe a 10-15 sec rest between

im starting with 15 min (im not arnold) and think 30 is abit much to start with.

ill post some result pics soon, once i start see more results.
