BACK IN ACTION
OK, well this summer didn't really go as planned, but i guess they never do... it seemed like every time i got going on my program something came up and knocked me off my routine. it was definatly nothing less than frustrating. graduation, surgery, breakups, gym closing, random work schedule... yeah it was a lot of fun. so here we go again. I'm buckling down this week and getting back on schedule. i really want to put on some solid mass but have been stuck at about 195 for the last month or so and its driving me nuts. I'm going to start writing things down this time around so hopefully that will make it a little easier to stay on track. its so much different from training for swimming which has been pretty much my whole life. Ive found it pretty funny that nobody really understands how much of an escape from the world and life training is. I'm like an addict, and i need my fix. but those who've never gotten into it cant even understand.

Good luck getting back into a steady workout program. Keeping a log is a great idea, that should help you not only keep on track with your program but allow you to guage your strength gains.

It's good to hear that you are working on getting back on track. I'm learning that it is an easy road to get off of if you don't stay focus. You made it through the problems you had. Although you may feel battered, you have some extra strength now to help you reach your goals. You will make it bro!

I totally hear you about falling off and dealing with B.S. Writing your stuff down daily will definitely help you with motivation and your gains. Good luck!
