Lets see... I little about me.
I am very friendly, kind, energetic and bright. I get along with pretty much everyone!

I have a problem with rude and inconsiderate people!!

I love school!! My favorite subject is math! I Graduated college with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and I currrently work as a Senior Electrical/Acoustical Engineer in the telecommunications industry for a top cell phone manufacturer.
In my spare time, when I am not busting my butt at work, I take care of my husband (who is my best best friend), two kids, read, train for Figure Competitions and present demos for Optimum Nutrition/ABB (my sponsors). What does this mean? Well...Anyone who knows me well, knows I move a million miles a minute and survive on 4-5 hours sleep!! A lifestyle, that as crazy as it may seem, I have grown to love.

GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDITS DUE

I ran into one of my previous trainers. I have worked with several trainers and ALWAYS learn something from each. Well this particular trainer has taught me the most in all my years of training (nutrition, supplementation, weight training...). He is well informed, is always reading and does not employ a standard "cookie cutter" diet or routine. He has trained many successful athletes going back 25 years. Unfortunately some of those athletes fail to give him credit when interviewed, etc.(knowing that their technique was learned from him). I see this happen over and over and not in just this industry. As a result, I thought I would write about it.

BLAME IT ON THE BED

Its not what you all think. So no heads in the gutter. LOL

So as you all know my back has been an issue for as long as I can remember. Therapy, Rest, Therapy, Fish Oil anything to help. Some days were really bad and Every Day, Getting out of bed hurt!! (Usually after a couple of hours of moving around the pain subsides)

WHAT WILL 09 BRING

2008 Flew By and we are well into the first month of 2009. 2008 was a tough year for most due to the financial situation. My husband's business was extremely slow. Surprisingly, things went very well for me at my job. Many of my colleagues were layed off in 08, which was very sad. For many of them, including me, this "forced change" turned out to be a blessing. Many of them got better job opportunities and I was promoted to Senior Staff Engineer. From the fitness side of my life, I was only able to do one show, which was a disappointment.

FINALLY HAVE SOME ROOM TO BREATHE

Hope everyone is having a Great Holiday Season!!! The months are just flying by and 2009 will be here in less than 2 weeks!!! I have not been online in a while and I miss my R.A. family.
I had a very very Busy month. I took 2 classes this Fall Semester and with all that I have on my plate was able to do well in both!

CAN YOU MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT OVER THE HOLIDAYS

We should all have a plan to keep trim over the holidays!!
Sweets and Alcohol will wreak havoc on your physique. Couple this with missed days in the Gym and you WILL add some extra pounds. Next thing you know New Years is here and you wish you were just a little leaner
