MY STORY

It all Started Aug. 12 1989 when i was born. I grew up in Michigan and still live here till this day. My whole childhood i played hockey mostly but was involved in all kinds of sports. So throughout my childhood i was always very athletic and therefore i stayed in pretty good shape.

Then came highschool. I was one of the smarter kids i guess and played 3 varsity sports so i was in the weight room alot and had no problems. Then i got a girlfriend, who took up alot of time, her and I have very different goals. Anyways we dated for 2 or so years and the summer after my senoir year is when the weight started to pile on, i was 5'7" and almost 200 pounds and it was not all that much muscle, i was not happy looking into the mirror but i figured i have a good life and a girlfriend so i just kept on my path.

I started at MSU fall of 2007, my girlfriend and i broke up within a week. After that i hit an all new low and just lost care for everything. Overall, i look back on that and i was all to rapped up in that girl. About 3 weeks of being single i started to notice how i was pretty chubby and alot of the guys at MSU are not, i was not at the top of the physique. One day shortly after i was talking to my bestfriend who plays college football and was honestly born with a 6-pack, Big arms, and so on.....pretty much the good look gene. He told me to go workout and it would help me relieve stress and get in shape.....

Then it all Began. My Motivation was to make my ex realize what she was missing. Going to the gym stared as a once and a while thing for a few weeks and i started to notice my jeans were fitting looser and such. i was still 5'7" and 195 lbs could not even bench 135 10 times. Someone turned me onto a pre-workout and said it would make me stronger and and have rage in the gym. Well im going to say it was something like that. Once and a while gym visit became everyday visit quickly, i was lifting or running almost everyday giving it all i had to give, running till i could not walk back to my dorm.I then started to get into more supplements and was stuck on Whey and pre-workout till spring time. By spring i had got down to 178 lbs and was feelin good, started to notice some faint abs and bigger arms and chest. I kept at what i was doing the rest of the school year. i got a little more intense with my supplement intake and training breakdown and started to notice results and that just fed the fire buring inside my engine that kept my wheels churing towards my ultimate goal. Before i knew it 135 bench press was my warm up and i was puttin up over 200 pounds. This past August i saw the ex with her new boyfriend at one of my friends pools and enjoyed nothing more than making sure she was my 6-pack and much imporved physique, i felt great.

Now, i just keep pushing the enevlope everytime im in the gym and am striving to get better and better and i can now bench upwards of 260 as a strength comparison from where i began and am now 168lbs and pretty lean. I have a new confidence and i have goals in life and will not rest till there met.

This is pretty much how its been goin down in my life and i cant wait for whats to come.
