MY WORKOUTS ARE A LOT BETTER NOW
I was wondering when I was going to be able to push a little harder in the gym again after having a back injury a few weeks ago.
After a muscle pull and back spasms, plus taking muscle relaxers and pain medicine for about three weeks, it feels good to have been able to push it harder in the gym with out as much pain. It's still not %100 for sure, but it's a lot better. It seems after having that layoff, I have been very focus in the gym, and with my form the last few weeks.
