Favorite- any back or chest movements, as this is my weak points that I need to work on...As of late, legs have been alot of fun, cant reall say why. But, we have a new Hammer leg press that is killer and my strengh is crazy right now. So that could be the reason why it has been fun.

Least fav- any leg or arm movements...

KINDEY FAILURE

As most of you know, my dad has been in and out of the hospital for the past month...He had a tooth pulled, that got infected...Well, with all the anabotics and pain pills, his kidneys have started to shut down...They are running at 10% percent...I took him up to the VA hospital in Iowa City, Iowa...He has been very out of it, the past few days...Confused, not knowing whats going on, ect, ect...So I took him up there for a check out and they ran some test...The doctor came in and said, that his kidneys are failing...so they kept him up there to run some more test...Im not sure whats going on, beside the piont that the VA hospital trys to cut corners by just giving my dad pills to take, instead of treating him...Thats all the info I have for now, I will let you guys know whats going on later, when I get more info from the doctors...
