Favorite- any back or chest movements, as this is my weak points that I need to work on...As of late, legs have been alot of fun, cant reall say why. But, we have a new Hammer leg press that is killer and my strengh is crazy right now. So that could be the reason why it has been fun.
Least fav- any leg or arm movements...

DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS
The past week wasnt the best week for training...I had the flu for part of the week and it kept me out of the gym for a couple of days...I got in delts and back, but the rest of the week was a washout...
This week so far has been good...Starting on Monday, my old training partner and I hooked up again, and the workouts have been intense...My strengh this week has gone up, and my endurance is coming back...Here is mondays chest workout for ya...
Smythe incline press - 90x 20, 180x 15, 230x 12, 250x 10 (counting weights only)
incline db fly - 40x 20, 50x 15, 60x 12, 70x 10, 80x 8
Parmount fly mach - 3 sets of 15 reps (dont remember the weights)
Parmount mach press - 3 sets of 15 reps (dont remember the weights)
As you can see im going higher reps for now...I figure with taking almost 3 months out of the gym... I figure almost any type of training will make me grow for now...I will lower the reps as i get stronger...Probably in about another month, my reps will start to drop into the 8-12 reps range...I seem to get my best growth out of that range of reps...
Diet this past week is pretty good...Im upping my good fat intake, and this seem to be helping my strengh and weight...Im up to 248 now, thats a 16 pound increase from 3 weeks ago...So I know im growing pretty good...
