CCHAVEZ'S DORM ROOM

Well, I did it! I competed in my first competition and I loved it! I will admit that I was a little nervous being on stage but the nerves soon went away after the first few poses. There were a few things bugging me; trunks, tan and back fat. I don't think my skin accepted the Pro-Tan, I just didn't feel right so I will definitely go another route next show. I also will invest the xtra cash to get my trunks custom made. As for the back fat, will it's a work in progress, like my trainer said, there is only so much you can do for the first prep and next prep will be better and so on. I learned so much from this first show and I can't wait to step back on stage. I need to develop better stage presence and enjoy posing more and I think it will come and show in my next show! Right now, I am focusing on off season and just improving over all. As advised, I have taken this week off, I did however hit the gym Wednesday but I didn't have the same focus and drive that I usually have so that told me that my gym visit was premature. Oh and as for my placing, I placed 10th out of 15th. My class was the biggest class there. I think 10th was a fair placing...not horrible but nothing to be overly happy about. I have work to do and I intend to hit the off season hard and make some dents! Thanks guys for reading.
