CAN ANYONE HELP ME

Right now I'm not doing a whole lot. I try 2 run every day. I usually run for an hour, usually its 4 miles. I just want 2 know what 2 do 2 cut weight and start building muscle. I can't really go 2 a gym right now b/c I'm pretty broke right now. I have a treadmill, a total gym that's kinda bared in the garage. I also have a 70lbs heavy bag that hasn't been put up yet. i am Also saving 4 a bench press and free weights.


Any suggestions will be helpful.

Hi Bubba, welcome to RA! Running's a good form of cardio, so I think you're doing well there. You might want to give yourself a couple days off each week though to avoid overtraining or getting a stress-related injury. You can also do body weight workouts with pushups, pullups, lunges, calf raises, and other excercises until you can join a gym or buy your weight set. Are you attending a college or university? Often they have facilities available to students for no or very low fees. Check it out and good luck!
