THE PROGRESS IS GOOD

I am happy to say that I'm about 214lbs and lookin good. I feel like things are really fallen into place. I am looking to hit the USA's and or the North Americans. I feel that I'm bound to reach my goal. I'm doin about 45 minutes of cardio a day. I'm eating like a horse and feeling good. To all my friends and supporters I want to say thanks! I will keep you all posted!
