BRYAN PAZ'S DORM ROOM

One thing that is a real factor in everything you do is the economy. I recently bought new trunks for my next show. I felt good about it for me. I just feel really lost with my lay off and the way things are going. My school is doing ok for the economic state were in. you know as well as I do that part of hard training and contest prep is your diet. I looked at my last grocery bill and was in a state of shock. I average atleast $200.00 a week just in food for my diet. It is funny that they want to lower spending but dont understand health. i mean if everone ate a better balanced diet that would lower medical and insurance spending. The funny thing is you can go to Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell,White casatle(ouch),and Mc donalds for less than $100.00 feed yourself til your disgustingly full each week. yet to eat healthy you pay atleast double. What does that say? Then people always wonder why there are so many out of shape and overweight children and adults. I feel they should try to reverse this and we would all be better off! Now for all of us trying to get more size and better physiques that would help and give us more to consume which means muscles grow and grow and grow! I want a president that can see that as well as fuel and and tax cuts! LOL lets get Arnold to run for President!
