CLOSING IN ON POINT
Well I'm at about 207lbs and feeling good. The weather is rainy and cold it put you in a lazy type feel. I look in the mirror and im hard and veigny. Im getting the cuts and seperation I always do. The difference is my leg sweeps are much bigger and pronounced. I'm also noticing a deeper drop in my hams which is sweet. I feel that the improvements should really put me in the top. I hope that things keep falling into place because I've worked hard!
You have been training hard for a long time, and it is really paying off. Keep going, you are hitting that peak at the right time!
