SUGGESTIONS TO BUILD A STRONGER UPPER BODY
I am trying to build a stronger upper body. I usually do a 5 for 5 one week, 4 set for 8 rep the next week, and then max the week after. Results are working ok but is there a better way, any suggestions?

In my opinion, you should use 5X5 at least for 4 weeks and then you can max. If you continue to get stronger, then stay with the program and add weight.
