AB WORKOUT

Start with four circuit sets of the following all in four count exercises:

Reverse Crunch -20 reps

Lower Back Raise -30 reps

Raised Crunches -30 reps

Leg Extentions -20 reps

After the four sets of the above exercises, now do one thousand crunches as such:

Front crunches w/ legs raised -200 reps

Right side crunches -200 reps

Left side crunches -200 reps

Front crunches with feet on the ground -200 reps

Prone(flat on back) crunches -200

I am not so sure about all those reps after your four circuit sets. It seems like overkill. Quality over quantity is the name of the game.

I worked up to the amount above, and I conduct each set at a medium pace. It may not work for all.
